Cancellation & Child Policy
Cancellation Policy
Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled, the following cancellation fees will apply to the value of the accommodation booked:
- 25% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 42 days prior to arrival.
- 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival or no.
Child Policy
- Children 0-2 years: Free.
- Children 3-11 years: See child rate.
- Children 12-17 years: Adult rate and can stay in their own room.
